Concentrate volume
The packaging is 3 litres. You need between 15 and 30 ml of coffee per cup, depending on taste preference.

Composition of the blend
Robusta
The densest and most intense taste of prunes and bitter chocolate. Bitterness is above average, acidity is minimal.
Robusta - Brazil
Vibrant notes of nuts and chocolate, a balance of bitterness and sweetness, the body of coffee is medium.
Robusta - Colombia
The lightest of the three variants with notes of red berries, medium acidity and sweetness.
Black tea
Strong, intense taste, slightly astringent, with tart woody, nutty and malty notes.
Green tea
Slightly sweet, fruity and citrusy taste, with a very slight bitterness and a pleasant tartness.
Pu-erh
Deep, intense taste with a sweetness, bitterness and "earthiness".

What is a concentrate?
Coffee concentrate is a coffee extract. The quality of coffee concentrate is better than coffee made in a coffee machine, because it is made in an industrial plant, at a higher pressure of about 25 Bar, whereas a normal coffee machine gives a pressure of about 7 Bar. The coffee is packaged in airtight BiB packs of 3 litres. Shelf life is 1 year in a closed package and 1 month in an open package. 1 BiB pack is sufficient for approximately 150 cups of coffee.
